“Our “value add” is far more than just unit renovations.  We want to have the best looking, safest property with the most responsive management team members in the entire neighborhood – a place we’d personally be proud to call home. This approach provides resident satisfaction, low turnover, and efficiency of cost to generate consistent, superior returns.”
